What information we receive

• Account data: email, name and, if you sign in with Google, your Google identifier.
• Shop data: name, authorized WhatsApp numbers and members.
• Content you send: photos, PDFs, Excel files, audio and text with parts lists, and the projects and plans you generate.
• Usage and billing data: how many orders you process, payments and balance.
• Minimal technical data to run and protect the service (access logs).
• Visits to the public pages: we only count how many there were per day, page and referring site. We do not use tracking cookies or store your IP for this. To show prices in your currency we work out the country from the IP with a database kept on our own server (data by DB-IP.com); the IP is not stored or sent to anyone.
• Free-trial abuse prevention: when you create an account, sign in or ask for the trial, we store the IP, the type of device and browser, an anonymous identifier your browser keeps in a first-party cortelisto.com cookie, and the site you came from. It is only used to detect repeated accounts; it is not shared or used for advertising, and it is deleted after 12 months.

What we use it for

• Extracting sizes, generating cutting files and plans, and delivering them to you.
• Managing your plan, your quota and your payments.
• Giving you support, keeping the service secure and fixing errors.
• Improving the service's accuracy with anonymized lists (without names, phone numbers or your customers' data). You can ask us not to use yours.

We do not sell your data or use it for personalized advertising.

Separation between shops

Each shop only sees its own lists and projects. No other shop, distributor or company related to the CorteListo team has access to them through the service.

Technical access to the data is limited to whoever runs the service, only for support, security and legal obligations.

Providers that process data

• Artificial intelligence: Google Cloud (Vertex AI / Gemini) to read the lists.
• Hosting and backups: Amazon Web Services.
• Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta) and, if you use it, Telegram.
• Transactional email to verify accounts and recover passwords.

Some of these providers process data outside Peru. They only receive what is needed to run the service.

Retention

We keep your lists and projects while your account or your shop's account is active and for the time needed for support, backups and accounting or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or cancellation of, or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights) by writing through the same WhatsApp channel you use the service through. We will verify your identity before handling the request. You can also contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version at this address and show the date it was updated.
