What CorteListo is

CorteListo turns photos, PDFs, Excel files, audio or text with parts lists into files for cutting software (for example SketchCut or Corte Certo) and offers a cutting plan optimizer.

Results are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors.

Your responsibility before cutting

You must check sizes, quantities, edge banding, grooves, material and grain direction before cutting. The file saves you the typing; it does not replace your review.

CorteListo is not liable for material cut, time lost or orders affected by data that was not checked before cutting.

Accounts and shops

Each shop has its own account. People the shop adds as members can see and edit the shop's projects.

You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your password safe.

AI extraction requires an active plan, including the free trial.

Plans, trial and payments

Current plans, their prices and what they include are published on the Plans page.

The free trial is limited (number of orders and days) and granted at CorteListo's discretion, one per shop.

Monthly plans are paid in advance through the agreed payment method. If payment does not arrive, the plan may be paused until it is settled.

Orders not used in a month do not carry over. Orders beyond the plan are charged at the published price.

You can stop using the service whenever you want; a month already paid is not refunded unless the service did not work through our fault.

Your data and your lists

The lists, photos and projects you upload are yours. You allow us to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service.

We may use lists in anonymized form, without names, phone numbers or your customers' data, to improve the service's accuracy. You can ask us not to use yours.

No other company, including any shop or distributor, has access to your lists through CorteListo. The details are in the Privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, try to access other people's accounts or data, overload it with automated traffic, or create multiple accounts to avoid a plan's limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, provider failures (for example WhatsApp or the AI provider) or other causes. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

We may change features, plans or these terms. We will give shops with an active plan advance notice of price changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CorteListo's total liability to a shop is limited to what that shop paid in the last three months.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
